Metachorica comes to us from the furthest reaches of the universe, bringing with them more questions than answers. As one half of the Psydub Electronic duo known as Nopheros, Metachorica has been accumulating other worldly sounds and beings, and trapping them into sound waves for us humans to enjoy.
The music is loud and powerful, influenced by the likes of Infected Mushroom, Redial, Shpongle, and the ever lasting expanse that is the universe. Full of pounding rhythmic drums keeping the beat with huge dirty bass synths laying the foundation, the air is filled with the fluttering of guitars and keys meshing together with searing synth leads and atmospheric pads. All this comes together to create an epic sensation of awareness, of the knowledge that this music will take you places you’ve never been.
